About Us

We created this wellness event as we wanted to offer a space for everyone to explore, learn, and be inspired by holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. Whether you’re someone who feels like you’ve tried everything, or you’re simply curious about alternative ways to support your mind, body, and spirit, this event is for you. You’ll discover new tools and methods, many of which you’ve likely never encountered before, that can help you take control of your wellness journey and feel empowered along the way. Many brilliant wellness practitioners don’t have a storefront on Main Street, and this is our chance to shine a spotlight on them, helping them reach the client's and customers who will benefit most from their services.

We’ve always believed in creating spaces where authenticity, openness, and curiosity are celebrated. Over the past five years, being part of a networking community has shown me just how many amazing tools and holistic approaches exist for wellness, things that many of us wouldn’t have even considered. From hypno-birthing to alternative health practices for menopause to fitness practices for all. We are pleased to be able to showcase alternative possibilities beyond mainstream advice.

We’re especially excited to be collaborating with Nikkola from NikCollab on this event. I first met Nikkola through BLIB, and I knew her expertise in helping women in business and running retreats and her holistic, feminine approach to business would be the perfect support. She’s helping with social media, the website and planning leading up to the event, and on the day she’ll be on hand to guide visitors and support our stall holders, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Personally, this event comes from a place of my own journey of transformation. Over the past few years, I’ve explored practices like hypnosis, connecting with spirit guides, sound baths, breathwork, and fasting. These tools have helped me release stored emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with my natural energy and cycles—both in life and business. I want others to experience that same spark of possibility, to walk away feeling inspired, informed, and empowered to explore what could work for them.

This is more than a wellness event—it’s a gateway to new ways of thinking, feeling, and living, in a space that’s welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free and an event where everyone is welcome.

We look forward to welcoming you on the day,

Nicole - BLIB
